Pre-Registeration Application For a New Butterfly Count

This application may be emailed (we recommend you print a copy of the filled out form first) to the NABA Count Program by clicking on the “Submit Form” button at the bottom of the form below or by mailing a printed copy of the form along with a map of the count circle (described below) to NABA, 4 Delaware Rd., Morristown, NJ 07960. Please be sure to keep a copy of your information as you will be asked to enter it online along with your count results. All new counts must be submitted to NABA online at
