Weather permitting, the Joshua Tree Butterfly Count will be held Sunday, April 23, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Participants meet at the Joshua Tree Visitor Center parking lot 7554 Park Blvd., Joshua Tree, California.
Come dressed for a day in the field. Bring snacks, water, sunscreen, and $3 for NABA count administration.
Also helpful are binoculars, field guides and cameras.
